I am so obsessed with dogs – small, medium, large, puppy or senior. All dogs bring love and meaning to many of us. Senior dogs in particular touch my heart the most because their needs change as they age. They may not see or hear as well as they use to. They may forgot some of the commands they once were able to do. The pounds may creep up on them because they are not moving as much as they use to. Give your senior dogs a huge hug today!
I photographed Kipling who was a senior yellow lab. At 12 years young he moves slower due to arthritis and might not see as well as he used to. He was such a love and still obsessed over the tennis ball.
